Introduction<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1.1. the scientific method<\/li>\n<li>1.2. the steps of the research<\/li>\n<li>1.3. theories, models and paradigms<\/li>\n<li>1.4. applied research<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. research project<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2.1. phases of the research project<\/li>\n<li>2.2. issues and research objectives<\/li>\n<li>2.3. research methodology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Descriptive statistics<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3.1. population and sample, sampling techniques<\/li>\n<li>3.2. important tools for producing surveys \/ interviews<\/li>\n<li>3.3. Measurement scales: nominal, ordinal and numerical (continuous and discrete)<\/li>\n<li>3.4. Synthesis of data in tables and graphs<\/li>\n<li>3.5. measures of central tendency, position and dispersion<\/li>\n<li>3.6. Relationship between variables: correlation and linear regression<\/li>\n<li>3.7. notion of probability.
