schedule, coordinate and supervise the execution of small and medium maintenance intervention, seeking technical, safe, economic and sustainable optimization; interpret projects and technical documents inherent to construction and rehabilitation activities, and identify pathologies and structural and constructive anomalies of buildings. <\/p>\n<h4>SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES<\/h4>\n<p>Manage the execution of projects of architecture, engineering and technical facilities; plan, implement and design solutions to mitigate the various pathologies that affect buildings; inspect the structural systems and typologies of buildings, and design adequate solutions of intervention; conduct inspections, and prepare essays and diagnostics of structures; plan and manage the works regarding the interventions; prepare budgets, terms of reference and work plans; perform preventive and corrective maintenances to the construction elements; prepare reports and fill out the technical documentation concerning the activity developed; propose and execute new techniques, using sustainable construction and rehabilitation materials; manage the application of workplace safety plans;
