SKILLS TO BE DEVELOPED<\/h4>\n

Implement construction and rehabilitation solutions; schedule, coordinate and supervise the execution of small and medium maintenance intervention, seeking technical, safe, economic and sustainable optimization; interpret projects and technical documents inherent to construction and rehabilitation activities, and identify pathologies and structural and constructive anomalies of buildings. <\/p>\n

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES<\/h4>\n

Manage the execution of projects of architecture, engineering and technical facilities; plan, implement and design solutions to mitigate the various pathologies that affect buildings; inspect the structural systems and typologies of buildings, and design adequate solutions of intervention; conduct inspections, and prepare essays and diagnostics of structures; plan and manage the works regarding the interventions; prepare budgets, terms of reference and work plans; perform preventive and corrective maintenances to the construction elements; prepare reports and fill out the technical documentation concerning the activity developed; propose and execute new techniques, using sustainable construction and rehabilitation materials; manage the application of workplace safety plans; manage the application of safety norms against building fires. <\/p>\n
