It performs its functions with total independence with the government bodies and other ISEC bodies and services in order to achieve its purposes.<\/p>\n<p>The Student Ombudsmen does not replace Student Association nor ISEC\u2019s governing bodies or services. It is a body provided in ISEC Statutes that intends to, among other things, raise students\u2019 awareness of the right to receive a quality, efficient and respectful service and to encourage students to participate and personally engage in the improvement of this service as well.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>ISEC students can use Ombudsman services, booking face-to-face interviews, by letter, or sending emails with complaints, suggestions, mediation requests, positive assessments, etc.<br \/> If you think you have a matter that needs the help of the Ombudsman, please contact the Student Ombudsman in person, by letter, email or phone (217 541 310) during the working hours, requesting call forwarding.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4>WORKING HOURS<\/h4>\n<p>ISEC Lisboa&#8217;s Student Ombudsman holds <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">face-to-face<\/span><\/strong> attendance to students <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Mondays<\/span><\/strong> from <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">10 am to 12 pm<\/span><\/strong> and <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Wednesdays<\/span><\/strong> from <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">4 pm to 6 pm<\/span><\/strong>, always with <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">prior appointment<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The appointment must be made through the email address<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:provedordoestudante@isec.universitas.pt\">provedor@iseclisboa.pt<\/a><strong>, or at the reception of Building C, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">with a minimum notice of 48 hours<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>ATTENDANCE<\/h4>\n<p>Building C, 2nd floor, Office no. 33.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 STUDENT OMBUDSMANDr. Jos\u00e9 Trindade Roqueprovedor@iseclisboa.pt \u00a0 Welcome to the ISEC Student Ombudsman page!
