Last October, ISEC Lisboa welcomed two staff members from the Polish university, The Main School of Fire Service, as part of the Erasmus+ programme.
Dr. Bogna Jobda, Director of Human Resources at The Main School of Fire Service, met with Dr. Romana Madeira, Human Resources Coordinator at ISEC Lisboa, to discuss topics and debate differences between human resources in both countries. Among the differences highlighted were the difficulties experienced in modernizing human resources and education in Portugal and Poland, adaptation to the e-learning system, and the distinctions between public and private education.
Dr. Monika Wachnik, Head of Research and Development, had the opportunity to meet with Professor Dr. Carlos Cabeleira, Director-General of Development and Strategic Planning, and Professor Dr. Ana Oliveira, Director-General of DGID. The meeting served to discuss potential proposals for future collaboration and networking.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Monika Wachnik and Dr. Bogna Jobda had the opportunity to visit São Jorge Castle, together with the incoming Erasmus programme students.
