The team from the Teaching To Be Project, at ISEC Lisboa, had the opportunity to participate, with two distinct interventions, in the National Conference: Teacher well-being in the school context: reality and challenges. The conference was promoted by the DGAE – Ministry of Education, and was primarily aimed at directors of national school clusters, taking place on November 2nd.
This participation in the conference included a presentation titled: The Teaching To Be Project: framework and objectives, led by Professor Dr. Patrícia Pacheco, where the project’s methodology and the construction and development of the online course on teacher well-being were highlighted. Professor Dr. Ana Barqueira presented a paper on the theme: Teacher training and teacher well-being: an example of intervention, which aimed to present the first exploratory results of the quantitative data analysis from the Teaching To Be project. This action was an important initiative for the dissemination of the project, but also an opportunity to discuss the relevance of this topic in educational policies.
