The ISEC Lisboa team responsible for the Teaching To Be Project was represented by professors Ana Barqueira and Patrícia Pacheco at the general meeting with the remaining European partners, which took place on November 7th and 8th, 2022. This meeting was organized by the Italian team from the Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and held in Milan at the Fondazione Stelline.
The meeting’s theme was ‘Review of Ongoing Experimentations in Schools’. On the first day, an update was given on the online teacher well-being course currently being launched in the involved countries. The guidelines, dates, and objectives for the next steps in the course development were discussed, as was the sharing of feedback from some teachers who have already started the course. On this day, a reflection was also carried out on the methodology to be used for the qualitative analysis of the data collected in the focus group with one of the groups of teachers, and the results of the pre-test questionnaire were evaluated.
On the second day of the meeting, the Spanish team, responsible for the technical development of the online teacher well-being course, presented the proposed schedule of procedures for implementing the second part of the online course, as well as the status of the materials accompanying the training (teacher’s book and pedagogical videos). Finally, an analysis and discussion took place regarding possible instruments that could guarantee and monitor the quality of the project, namely the online course, the perception and evaluation of the teachers involved, and the training support materials.
