The third and final cycle of meetings took place between April 5th and May 9th, bringing together teachers from the School Clusters (AE) that were part of this preparatory phase of the Teaching To Be project – AE D. Carlos I, AE Frei Gonçalo de Azevedo, AE Golegã, AE Manuel Ferreira Patrício, and Colégio Saint Daniel Brottier.
Over the last 5 months, the Project team has been able to count on the contribution of teachers from these clusters, in order to work on and adapt the content of the future online course to the reality experienced by teachers in their professional context.
This third cycle of meetings, following the previous ones, focused on skills related to leadership and professional self-confidence, the discussion of time management and teaching strategies, and the reflection on the knowledge acquired throughout the different weeks of the course.
Henceforth, the team of researchers from ISEC Lisboa responsible for Teaching To Be will proceed with the content analysis of the data collected in the different sessions, subsequently submitting them for appraisal by the teams of the other involved countries, thereby enabling the start of the next phase of the project: creation and experimentation of the online platform that will contain the course content.
