On April 21st and 22nd, the ISEC team responsible for the development of the Teaching To Be Project attended the general meeting with the remaining European partners in Seville.
The first day of this Partners Meeting, at the University of Loyola, was marked by the presentation of the main results from the meetings with schools developed by the teams from the different countries, followed by a group reflection on the most pressing methodological and organizational issues, culminating with the presentation of the first drafts of the online platform from which the teacher well-being promotion course will result.
On the last day of the meeting, in turn, three different working groups were created with distinct purposes: the Policy group, made up of representatives from the Ministries of Education of three countries, with the Portuguese Ministry of Education being represented by DGAE (Directorate-General of School Administration); the Research group; and the Technical Development group, which included a workshop to initiate the construction of the course’s online platform.
The next Partners Meeting is scheduled for June 12th and 13th in Baden, Austria, where, among other things, the focus will be on the qualitative analysis of the focus groups held in the sessions with teachers, as well as the quantitative analysis that will allow for the assessment of the course’s impact on teacher well-being.
