On September 21st, within the scope of the 4th Conference on Education (Barcelona), which was attended by researchers and professors from 60 nationalities, a paper resulting from the Teaching To Be – T2be – Project (Erasmus KA3+) was presented. The presentation, entitled ‘The teacher’ role as co-constructor of an online course to improve teachers’ professional wellbeing’, was delivered by Professor Dr. Patrícia Pacheco and Professor Dr. Ana Barqueira, and aimed to showcase one of the products developed by the T2be project (the online course on teacher well-being). Another objective of this presentation was to highlight the importance of the teachers’ role as co-constructors in the development of the online course. The active participation of teachers in this process constituted an added value for adjusting the activities and tasks to the professional reality, as well as assigning greater usefulness and meaning to the course.
This initiative is framed within the dissemination aspect of T2B, as the intention is to extend, publicize, and replicate the results of scientific research on teacher well-being beyond the project’s implementation period.
